Advanced Technology for Simple Operation

V-Type sealing machines feature the Active Cycle Control function, which helps automate the entire sealing process for a batch of products. Thus, once a process is set, it can be repeated over and over. This can be possible because the sealing machine remembers the selected parameters.

The technology implies four standard cycles plus one custom working cycle that can be programmed into the V-Type sealing machines. The memorized parameters ensure constant temperature, pressure and sealing time throughout the working cycle.

An Ideal Choice for Extending Shelf Life through Packaging

The V-Type sealing machines also feature the Modified Atmosphere Packaging technology. A combination of vacuum and gas creates an atmosphere that prolongs the shelf life of food products and prevents rust and oxidation for metallic goods.

The vacuum option is also recommended to reduce the volume of large packages containing foam, plush and other soft products. The tight sealing prevents air from entering the vacuumed packages. It eliminates the danger of mould and fungi developing inside the packed products.
